Power shut off at main electrical cabinet

We we're forced to 'kill' the power at the main switch several times as we we're having issues with fountain water level sensor's...there was no other way to silence the infuriating alarm. So... ever since this sudden power off! none of the 'AMR' functions are responding! No APC! No auto blanket & no Roller washing...
The monitor displays all green lights indicating all is good to go but....when i hit the AMR' button, nothing! no initial bell! No chime! Zip! Nada! Niente! Anyone run into this peculiarity???

You have to check your wiring diagram and use logic and the common sens , and try to put all the options in good working order, sometimes we find common commands or conditions which must be respected to be able to activate a command

It could be signs of a serious issue that I hae encountered before. The boxes under the catwalk have both high voltage and control voltage going to the same plug. Glycol can get in the box and shorts those circuits together causing many boards on the APC and a lot of sensors to fail. I hope you were able to get the problem fixed.
