powder spray device on QM 46 pro.

Does enyone know how to fix a problem with the powderspray unit.
When I start printing most of the times the powderspray won't start.
I have to give a swing to the fan to make it start running.
Is this a problem with the solenoid magnet, or is the motor.
I have the circuit diagram from this press.

I should say it's the condensator on the motor is defect or a loose contact. The condensator is used to create a Phase Shift and because this effect the motor starts to turn when the motor is running the condensator is not neccesary anymore.
