Perhaps some nozzles and or powder lines are blocked by dust, try to blow them with air. Also try to use powder spray with empty bottle

The problem is that the powder is not distributed evenly on the tabac but only in the middle line and then the "pillow" appears. the middle is lighter than the beginning and end of the tabacco

    Hi sir:
    Please test this following causes:
    1)powder level too low
    2)compressor pressure too low
    3) clean hose in the power, and sensor quantity too
4)power supply to the magnetic coil defective
    5) Soiling in the system .clean nozzles.
    6)foreign bodies in the recipients.

Are you certain that the chosen sheet size of powder is the correct one? If your sheet is lets say 700mm and the dial is at 350mm then dust is thrown at 350mm of sheet length unless its broken/out of sync and spray powder dust randomly

the sheet size is well selected, but the powder is always only in the middle of the sheet. Whenever you change the size of the sheet, the powder is always just in the middle of the sheet

my guess is that you've got either clogged lines or clogged nozzles. Do you make maintenance of your powder unit a priority? The powder unit is often overlooked and when you think about the fact that its one of the very last pieces of the sheetfed printing puzzle it baffles me that all that hard work, time, and materials can easily go to waste if the powder unit is not working properly. Id start by a complete cleaning of the entire system to include blowing out with DRY compressed air all the individual feed lines. Then remove all nozzles and make sure they are cleaned and dried. After all this set up your shaker gap to spec and and try feeding a sheet of black substrate into the press and inch it down until it comes under the powdering nozzles. Once under the powdering nozzles you can put the powder unit into test mode for about 10 seconds or so. Continue to inch the black sheet through the press with all of your delivery fans turned of. Once the sheet delivers you can inspect it for powder coverage. You will be able to visually see the white powder on the black sheet. As for the black sheet.... You can use the black slip sheets that usually come in between your plates in the plate boxes. Also its important to be sure that you keep your anti offset powder clean and dry. I like to dump the contents of a freshly opened powder bag into an airtight Tupperware tote. Then on every fill of the powder hopper I strain the powder through a screen to remove any debris or clumped powder. Be sure your hopper agitator is working and if so equipped that your hopper heater bulb is working. All this will help keep your spray powder clean and dry. Or even better yet if your company will incur the added expense... Buy your anti offset powder in the single serving sizes that get used too quickly to ever become damp or dirty!!!

Why would all the suggestion that have been made be a waste of his time? You seem to be coming from a position that everything that ails the printing process is electrical in nature. I would venture a guess and say that its because you're an electrician!!! There is nothing I heard in the original posters description of his problem that would definitively point to an electrical issue. The reality of things is that the electrical components of a sheetfed press are only a small part of its overall operation. Dare I say that for the average press person, a quick look at some of the other things that will effect a presses operation would be more within the understanding of a non electrician.
