Polar92 backgauge load error

Dear Colleagues
I just bought Polar92 cutting machine but backgauge location unknown and it would not work. Please help and advise.

You should do the procedure manually .
Please remove all paper on the table and push number one then you must continue the procedure .
It s not hard you have to enter the distance manually

No pulses means it is not getting pulses from the encoder. 1) Check the plug for the encoder, 2) Check the mechanical linkage, 3) Check backgauge motor and belt.
