I have a Polar Mohr paper cutter that the blade will not come down. When either cut switch is depressed there is the sound of a relay clicking. When both are depressed together there is no click heard.
The safety lamps are on and they are illuminating each photocell. I have no schematics or service manuals and need some help identifying the source of the problem. All the leds in the power supply cabinet are on, all fuses were tested and are fine. the machine was working ok and the knife just stopped coming down one day.
I asked about schematics in an earlier post but it was removed due to copyright issues. I have a technical background but am unfamiliar with this machine.
