Polar EMC error code 83

    Excuse me everyone, i need your insight about my problem. The problem is my machine polar emc show frequently error 83. We have already check the flat cable between IAR vs AR, HR vs IHR n light barrier. We got result the flat cable n light barrier in good condition.
    So i need your insight, what i must to do the next. Thank you
