I have cutting problem with my cutter. The fault is that lack in 1 or 2 mm
Example when I make 61cm cut and repeat manually cut 61cm
I found there is lack 1 or 2 mm
I swap PI card from another machine
And the problem is still found
The problem from brake or lms or PI potentiometer

The number 1mm or 2mm constant

Try switching machine off while backgauge running. Then machine will need calibrating. This will reset braking distance

Hi sir:

Before to do something with the electronic system check this steps:

Overcut:

1)
knife: blunt or slanted in the carrier knife , or counter phase
rear of knife is crowned +wrong angle knife +clamping pressure too high

table: table is Not square to the knife carrier

or
b&gauge?: backgauge is NOT square to the table +knife carrier has play+

Undercut:
knife: is blunt +has burrs, has place slanting in the carrier knife +wrong angle knife +

Hollow cutting line:
1) knife angle is too slender
2) clamping presurre too low
3)incorrect knife fixing

BOW- or hollow cut;
1)The cutting material is unequal in height

2)The cutting material is Wavy

Oblique cut:
1)Table is not square to the knife carrier

2)Backgauge is not parallel to the knife

3) slinding guides has play

The machine now measures sometime shorter and sometimes larger than the value in the display
This mean the value measured by ruler different from display
We found that there is problem with the scanner head. There is a stripped wire touch lms

It has a cut in flat cable wires but I can't connect it
I need schematic for it

However , will Not available schematic for that, Only Polar has such documentation

Normally, they sell the complete lms, Not for repair, you must use the Brain, for to fix it. Sorry
