Polar EM115 Error 94

We have a Polar Mohr Guillotine EM115 which is giving us error 94. I have a list of the error codes and this is not on it. Does anyone know what error code 94 means? Note it is error 94 not 92.

I have spare parts catalogue with the exploded views of the components, but this doesn't show hydraulic circuit P2 or valve Y330.
Can you let me know where to find them in the machine ??

 

Hi, the spare parts catalogue, does NOT show the nmber of valve Y330, only the schematic diagrams
I suppose the you have Schematic D , is coming with any machine.

look in the board SH Connector Oh 203.6+oh203.4 =+42Vdc
Y330 LED v2 must turn On, when activaded

I have been manually winding the blade to the top and restarting the guillotine. It then seems to run ok for 1-2 hours then errors with code 94. Just now it has stopped with error 85.
We don't have an SH board. The only boards I can see are PS5, SPE, HR, AR, EI, WSP, PS24, TAM, IHR, IAR, KK, HK
Any advice appreciated!

Just found another issue. The guillotine operates without press the foot pedal. You only have to push the 2 hand buttons, then the bar comes down very quickly, then the knife cut.
We have stopped using the machine and locked it.

Sorry you do not have Sh board, this special card for special Hydraulic y330
However the error 85, this special situation since you must carrier many adjustments
and see the LED diodes in the differents boards: 1) All LEDS in HK +IAR You need special tech documentation
2) ADJUST Limit swtich b22a+b22b
3) adjust light barriers
4) depend of what you did, so you must replace or HK+KK+IAR+AR
