Polar em 76 clamp adjustment

Can anyone tell me if there is an operator adjustment to bring the clamp closer the the back of the blade on a polar 76 EM.
The machine I’m operating is closer at one end than the other, leaving a dangerous gap.

Hi sir:

Attached is there the schematic, for adjusting 1) clamp pressure 2) Delay clamp.

However there are not device in device to bring the clamp closer to the knife.

In any case if the gap is close in one side, than other the only way to fix it, is putting shim in one side, in order to give paralell in both sides,this must be executed, for some tech experienced.

Thanks for that, it’s appreciated, i have attached a strip of cardboard to the clamp to fill the gap fir the time being, to make it safe.
