Polar Cutter 92 EM

Hi All,

we have problem with our Polar Cutter 92 EM Without Monitor. The problem seems in the pressure system, which is not strong enough.

We did change the Seal Ring, at the Hydraulic Block Control which help only for a awhile. Anybody have solution or feedback to solve the problem?

Seems is it possible that the problem in the Hydraulic Block Control ? any suggestion ?

I would suggest your problem may lie in the clamp solonoid. These valves when energised Block the flow of oil to tank and divert oil the clamp cylinder. They sometimes pass which causes loss of clamp pressure
