Polar 92ED BRK error 64 and BRK error 2048

Dear Sirs.

This machine constantly give this two errors just turning on. Sometimes the first of them sometimes the second of them. The operator turn off and on the machine several times still the machine is able to work. Sometimes in the same procedure the display does not light. If you can give some guides to check the origin of this failure We'll be gratefull.

The error codes in BRK:

BRK - ERROR *

Cause: This message designates malfunctions in the exchange of data between CPxx (main
computer) and KCxx (keyboard computer). * The additional numbers serve to perform a
diagnostics in the factory.

Remedy: - Check serial interface connection CPxx - KCxx

- Replace card CPxx
- Replace card KCxx

- Are KCxx and CPxx compatible (observe program status / version)
