Polar 92ce clamp pressure adjustment

Hi, I have a Polar 92ce that does not have enough clamp pressure where the product has excessive diving even at 1 inch cut thickness. New blade and the fluid level is good.The foot pedal adjustment doesn't seem to have an effect on the clamp pressure. Anyone have any ideas on a secondary adjustment on the valve? Or a copy of a service manual?

Hey guys had this problem on our polar 92 after changing sheer bolt we had to undo the clamp on the back of the pressure dial and it slipped off the back if you push the shaft back on all the way it might have slipped a bit is its not applying full pressure
