Hello everyone.
I have a Polar Mohr 92 FMC (serial number 5116494,
235 V, 60 Hz, 3-phase).
The control panel stopped working.
It came back to life after I fiddled with the circuit boards, but
the backgauge was positioning itself at 50% of the programmed
measurement.
I fixed this by resetting the *Grundmaß* (base measurement) switches to the
original value: 455.670 mm (0-4-5-5-6-7).
Remaining problem: a variable error:
- Programmed 45.70 mm → cuts at 45.65 mm
- Programmed 40.00 mm → cuts at 39.8 mm
The error increases with smaller measurements.
Is it a mechanical issue (spindle backlash, worn guides)?
Or an electronic one?
