    Dear all,
does anybody have experience with the Error Code 810 'backgauge motor overheated' on the Polar E Series. The machine is working half a day then the error appears and can not be cancelled.
Next day in the morning the machine is still working normally until the error appears again?

    Hi sir
    Good day
The problem is the backgauge motor is Overheated.
The reason is the thermocouple show excesive operating temperature of the motor
    1)Test the backgauge motor +thermocuple.
    2)Test the driving mechanism,spindle,sledge guiding.
    3)PCB SAP defective, replace it.
4)Test the adjustment of frecuency converter.
    5)check cables/plugs in connections.
    Use the schematic diagrams
