Polar 78xt not booting

Polar 78Xt is not booting. Display shows nothing. After power on the display is white which turns black gradually. Backgauge not moving and knife not moving. Main motor and blower runs. In CP board three green and 1 red led lights. Volts on power supply boards are ok, 24, 12, 5 DC.
please suggest.

Please Retest the power supply in TOLERANCE in 0.7% up or down, otherwise, replace or repair. VERY IMPORTANT!

EXAMPLE if you measure +5 Vdc, and you get with the DMM 5.3 is fault !

 

Is it ok to test the CP6 and GC card in older machine or vice versa?
