I looking for a Polar 78X electric scheme, help me please.

Problem is monitor is not working. After 15-20 minutes delay monitor starts working.

  • We waiting for new display, but i'm afraid, that we need two plates CP6 and CG2. Can you advise where to buy Polar 78X spare parts with fast world wide delivery, like Fedex or DHL?

If the display is broken you can still cut. This means you switch the machine on. The display is off but the cut is possible.

If the board GC2 is broken, the machine locked. You have no functions. And in the error message list you see the TMS error.

If the board CP is broken the display starts and you get error messages (upper left corner) on the screen.

The chance that the CP board or the GC board is broken is close to zero. I would just change the display. I do not live in russia and I do not know who could help. The only idea for me would be Heidelberg CIS in Moscow

Today we are installed display, and start to work, but BSY 5 error is appeared. And after restart machine blue screen show thatchecksums verify has error.

    It display:

    CHECKSUMS VERIFY ERROR
    DOWNLOAD MUST BE DONE
    WAITING FOR DOWNLOAD

    KEYBOARD CONNECTED

What can I do with this?

All the described messages have nothing to do with the display, but maybe with the keyboard.

BSY 5-Error is an internal error of the CP-board.
CHECKSUMS VERIFY ERROR is as well an internal error of the CP-board. The software of the Eprom’s is not accepted.
DOWNLOAD MUST BE DONE. This means the software-Versions in the machine are not able to work with each other.

    Either:
During start-up of the machine somebody pushed the button “C”, ”=” or “ENTER”. Or one of this buttons is broken.
the presetting of the CP-board is not correct – maybe somebody changed the DIP-switch setting on the CP-board?
    somebody changed software (or Eprom’s)?
somebody changed the keyboard and not just the display?

or the CP-board is broken. It could be the display was o. k. and the computer did not work (see me post from the 10-14-2013).

Thank you so much for quick and detailed answer. Yesterday I replaced battery and since all works right.

Do you know what mean — Cut interrupted (117) ?

Cut interrupted is again something completely different.
Cut interrupted is an error message from the cut circuit and not from the computer. This error message means that the control system for the cut has problems to understand the inputs. Either one of the inputs is not stabile (flickering) or not high enough. Mostly the two proximity switches from the safety bolt (mechanical locking of the knife carrier) are giving this message in case the mechanical condition of the joint between the coil and the safety bolt is old and weak. If you do anything wrong in this area, you can brake parts or even the whole machine.

The manual for this machine would not help you. The manual is part of a training course which you cannot visit.

BSY-5 error is internal on the board CP. Normally you have to change the CP-board. But ..

Do you have this error permanently or just some times?
Do you have this error as well after switching off the fuse F2 in the power module?

Yes, CP-board changin is not easy.

We have this error yesterday at morning, and after remove front panel under table and restart cutter, error is gone. It is absent a while.
How do you think, i must switching fuse F2 or only if error BSY-5 appear again?

    sorry for my english :)

The F2 is for the frequency converter. If the converter is broken it looks like BSY-5 error.
Maybe you check the ventilators unneath the electronic boards.
Me English is not much better. But your Russian is much better than my. Я думаю.
