    Hi,
We have a Polar 78E without maintenance documentation or other manuals.
yesterday, the screen didn't display anything, and it's like the cutter didn't start (nothing is abble to move).
The leds on card are on, but one is red (the card with the battery).
Does anyone have the manuals or is able to explain us what appends?
    Thank you
    Marc

    Hi sir.
The first thing to do is test the power supply for Keyboard +display +9vdc
he tolerance must be -8.4+9.6 is there out your REPLACE or repair.
then +5+24+42 -12 -30 the tolerance must be 0.5% above or below otherwise is faulty and replace.
See if you have more that 10% of variable voltage in the input of his machine.
And adjust primary TAP of main transformer, according with his input voltge example: 220Vca or 380Vca ??
