Clean very well the clutch

I have had this problem, if clutch and brake in good order, problem maybe on clutch supply board located behind man control rack. Devices on these can go soft so not dissipating back emf

This is the SKÜ board listed at the last step in the service manual

But the 704 error code has some more origins that those listed in the service manual. Some of those are mechanicals and others electrónics
