Hi,
Currently experiencing cutting problems with the above guillotine.

The blade cuts thru say 2cm-3cm then it gets stuck in the pile of paper. Sometimes it varies like it cuts thru a bundle of paper and stops about a centimetre above the cutting stick. I manually wind the blade up.

Appreciate any help on this. Cheers

Please adjustment the Gear limit switch.
The adjustment should be carried out with utmost care and exactness due to the snap action type switches
Bring knife carrier down manually until the marking groove of the positive cam plast is in alignment with the mark on the gear box housing. Test the limit switch for worn contacts, or dirty, loose wires , clean and tight. or replaces.
The adjustment of limit switch b22a+b22b must be carried out with the wiring diagram of your Polar diagrams.
