Polar 76em back gauge movement freeze after cut

Hi. My polar 76em back gauge movement and all operations freeze after cut and the the dot is flashing. So I hope something is happening in hydraulic system but not exactly. Any one have answer about this problem.

Hi sir:

1) Please Check the Overload switch Q96 for backgauge Motor.

2)However you must test all the power supply if there are in tolerance for 0.7% up or down
like:: 1) +9Vdc 2) +24Vdc 3) +5Vdc 4) -12Vdc 5)+42Vdc 6)-30Vdc

3) Look in the boarr ML: Following Leds: Condition Machine Not Running 1) v1= Off 2= V2= Off v3= Off v4=OFF V5=Off v6=on V7=On
V8=Off

Hi

The flashing dot means "the cutting cycle not completed". Check the clamp sensor (remove the plastic band over the cutter frame and there is a sensor in the middle which senses the clamp upper position. You can check it's activity by LED V5 on the IAR card. and check the activity of the foot peddle switch by V6 of the IAR. Then check your handwheel switch by V9 of the IAR.

if all above are good, then most probably one of your card has a electronic fault.

Thank you. The problem the clamp is not coming out immediately after cut so this problem arises. Would you please explain the process which solinoid valve is responsible.

Hi sir:

1) Please review the steps , that i did indicate previously.

2) Check the button attached in the picture, must be IN, normally when you pull out ( for to change the knife) the Seven segment display are blinking.......... you must sure is in normal position, and the limit switch or sensor S340 must be o.k upper clamp.

3) foot peddle switch S309 activited - V6 LED must be OFF of the electronic board IAR.
