Polar 76 EM Running in Reverse

My cutter is randomly running backwards. We turn it on and the whole motor is spinning the wrong way. The only way we have temporarily fixed it is to pull apart the plug and reverse the wires. This fixes it for the day, but the next day when we turn it on its running backwards again and we have to switch the wires AGAIN. Has anyone encountered this problem before? Thanks in advance

Hi hope you are well
Polar had been changes some design in the Starting Main Motor .
However if your Model is Polar 76 EM , you must do the following:
1) See the schematic Diagram a)A1 Arrangement electrical component junction box, Invert wires for to exchange the Direction
do it , in this Way Pass Wire R to T and T to R, Do not touch the S cable, b) if you change the S way will be a problem.
2) if the problem persist to next day as you are mention . See if you machine has the following Contactor K1M -k5m-k3M -K3T see your schematic d ,and Let me know if they are .

3) If they are NOT you must have ONLY the mawin switch Star-Delta(Operated Manually).

4) If you Have not that type of Main switch, see if you have the Contactor k304 KIMODUL,Actioned by key button S292.
