    Hi,
Does the clamp come down when you press the cut buttons? (Without pressing the foot peddle)

look for if you have the +24vdc at the cut button¿and 24 vdc too
    to relais coil.
please take you schematic a follow it .
if the voltage is there clean the contact relais, loose connection
if NOT voltage, please see and test the power supply output
look for loose connector, desolder contact, or board with dry joint,
check you schematic diagram very well

    thank you for your help

the clamp goes down without pressing on the foot peddle

    to answer your questions:

look for if you have the +24vdc at the cut button¿and 24 vdc too
to relais coil.( yes the current is there)

( i did clean the relays but no improvement, my friend is electric engineer and he informed me that the relai coil is giving a bad signal and he recommended me to replace it but according to him this relays are not available any more and we should look for modification...
please advise where we can find the right relais...
