polar 76 em error code --86-

i have this --86- error code but no idea or error code sheet to figure it out. please help

 

When do have this message?
Is the clamp working fine?

machine was under water during the flood in bosnia. when we cleaned everything and turned machine motors are working but the on button for electronics just says --86- . clamp does not work

 

The control system works with three different channels. Two channels are controlling the functions clamping and cutting. The third channel is the supervisor of the two control channels. There for you have three electronic boards.

The official explanation for this error message tells you:
Meaning:
A static discrepancy does exist between the outputs of both cutting circuit channels (HK and IAR). LED`s V2 and V3 on the board KK (supervisor) are lit up permanently.
Remedy:
Check the fuse holder for fuse F4.
- It is on the left side where the big transformer for the power supply is located
Check voltage +42 V on plug CU9.2.
- This is in the rear side of the mother board. The mother board or central unit is the big board where all the other electronic boards are plugged in.
Check basic condition of LED V14 on board KK for cutting buttons activated within 0.5 sec.
- I do not believe you have a problem here this error would be much later
Check basic condition of LED V15 on board KK for Signal starting cutting
- I do not believe you have a problem here this error would be much later
Check basic condition of LED V16 on board KK for safety bolt activated
- This could be a problem. We will see
Check basic condition of LED V17 on board KK for Signal starting clamping
- I do not believe you have a problem here this error would be much later
Check basic condition of LED V18 on board KK for light barrier test completed
- I do not believe you have a problem here this error would be much later
If one of these LED´s (14 to 18) is lit up exchange card KK.
- But this would be too quick as well. All LED´S have to be off after switching on and finishing the reference run.
