Polar 76 em cutter

Neither the clamp or the blade are moving when switches are engaged. The foot pedal doesn't activate the clamp either. I don't have a manual nor any kind of wiring diagram. The PC boards, HK, KK and IAR light up when cutter switches are engaged. Is there a "change blade mode" that I may be unaware of ?

Can you read the actual measure in the display?
is the backgauge able to move?

Yes backguage moves and the display is present, I believe that this is a power supply problem .

In the left hand leg of the machine is the main powe supply unit. Just to the left of the main board rack. There should be a plug marked 406 I think. It has two wires in it, this should be 42v dc for clamp and clamp locking valve.(y315) if this valve isn't energised clamp will not work
