    Hi All
I have problems whit Polar 76 EM, when the cut secuence starts, stops whituot complete the cicle, when knife it has gone down 20 mm more or less.
The system have a MHY control board, stops when sensor B2 comes. I measured the supply voltage on B2-B2, have 18 Vdc. Have some diferences whit supply voltage on B1-B4, what is 24 Vdc.

Anyone know if this difference in the supply voltage is normal?
    Suggestions??

    Thanks in advance
    Cheers

    Dear Sir:
    Hope you are well
The MHS has 2 Voltage +5vdc for input +24Vdc
    1) Measure the +5vdc will be o.k the tolerance will be o.7% up or down.
    2) Measure the +24Vdc for Sensor with the same tolerance mentioned above, when you say 18Vdc, is sign the Power supply
    is faulty: Repair or Replace.

    Dear Sir,
    Thank you for your reply.
The control board for the sensores knife, shows MHY not MHS. Have only one input of 24vac volts. Is It the same as you?
    Regards

    Yes is the same.
When i did explain +5vdc is Vcc, for Board MHY-MHS is for Relais K1 +K2 (+5VDC) , and the output through the MHY-MHS is +24vDC for Sensors.

    Sorry for delay in responding.
Problem solved ! There was a breakdown in the power supply section now voltages are correct.
    Thank you
