Polar 76 clamp does not move

I have a Polar 76EM guillotine
I had an error 84.
the Y315 valve coil was defective and was rebuilt.
now on the coil connector I have 56Vdc (6.8-6.9)
The problem is that it does not lower the clamp, neither at the cutting command, nor at the pedal control.
no error occurs.
