Polar 66ECO issue

Good morning,
came in this morning and the screen on our Polar 66 was flashing, no text just a line going through the center of it. Keys, back gauge, nothing is working, cutter won't cut either. Lights are working on the cutter, opened electrical panel and the boards are lit up. Any ideas?

Please test the following power supply in the electronic board KAP
V8 LED ON 24V= F5 (4A)
V9 LED ON45V= F7 (8A)
V10 LED ON 24V= F4 (1.5A)
V11 LED ON 8V= F4 (1.5A)
V12 LED ON 25V= f8 (10A)

Hello,
I just saw this. Not sure where to test this, is it on the back of the boards?-I tested the power supply and I'm getting correct voltage out of them--24v, 5v, 25, 12v from top to bottom.

 

You must test KAP Board, AND see the LEDs, ON.
Measure However, with DMM. AND see if There are in Tolerance??
The Machine has 2 post, Red Grnd+ Yellow x 0V
Put the Black wire from DMM test in Yellow OV, + AND Red white in point test Board.
