Polar 58

Hi all. I have a Polar 58 single phase that has developed an error. The code on the display is 3- and We cannot move the back gauge. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately , that error, indicates that you must replace the complete board CPO, that control BT, for backgauge.

Didn't buy a new board. Had a power inverter replaced. However I do now have a new problem. I don't know if it's the board or the linear guage. Only measurement on the display is 92,45mm and doesn't change when the back gauge is moved. Also, there are no figures on the display for the programme or the steps of each programme. You can type in a measurement and double tap the equals button but all it does is beeps and no movement.
