Polar 150 CE year 1978 problems with hydraulics
I am looking for a drawing of the Wessel hydraulic valve we opened the valve and then the machine did not cut anymore.
Probably mounted something wrong but we couldn't find what
Perhaps someone has a good description of the operation of this hydraulic valve

Hi sir

send me your email., perhap i can help you

However test :

a) the springs

b) the solenoids +42Vdc , normally the shaft work in bronze bearing, they worn, you need replace it
since, they moved when they are worn, replace it or go to some Mechanic shop and they can do it a new.

Blessing

  • The above mentioned parts are all good the machine still works before we disassemble the valve
We opened the valve because the clamp no longer built up pressure but the cause was the hydraulic pump, which no longer builds up pressure
No springs or other parts are broken or worn in the valve The hydraulic pump has been replaced

    hello to all.
i have a problem in polar 150 ce Hydraulic.
i change the electrical control system of machine (to plc system), and now when i start hydraulic, after a few minutes Radial shaft seal of pump get damage.
Is the problem mechanical or electrical?
can u help me to solve this problem?

  • which pump is causing problems
the hydraulic circuit consists of 2 parts.
    1 section for the coupling
and 1 part for the pressure bar

there is one pump for pressure and one oil gearbox for cutting. gearbox work with hydraulic valve by pressing 2 push button.
Radial shaft seal of pressure pump get damage.
