Polar 137x Guillotine

I have a BSY-ERROR 4 showing up on the display screen. The screen turns ON and OFF by itself and I can't operate the guillotine. Anyone knows what the problem is??

this problem is :
The message "BSY ERROR" signals an internal error in the operating program of card
CPxx. *
Remedy:
--Replace card CPxx
- Update to a more recent software status
- Check connection to external computer

However i recomend you that first Test the Power supply if there o.k and there are in Tolerance 0.5% up or down.
