Polar 137 EMC Problema con la medida

I have problem with the Polar 137 EMC, the problem is far ranging me only one measure long, I have explained in the paper machine 50 Inch long, -10 insert on the machine and automatically falls short 40 inch material and paper coming out is exactly 10 Inch, variation gives me only when I have the measure of 30 inch and 20inch give -10 would give command to cut to that extent that should leave 10inch and I get a variation missing that would almost 1/16 MM 1.5875. that's always in that measure.

Sound like your linear scale is defective.
Have you checked the rubber beadings? They might be broken and in that case contaminants can easily get in to the optical path.
