Hello,
The title pretty much says it all! Started with a no clamp /no cut condition, with display saying "clamp time interrupted" quickly before staying with the "cut interrupted" message. I found that s22b was made with knife in TDC position. Once I unmade s22b, all functions began working.. However, obviously, the cam/timing for these 2 switches is off, and we are growing frustrated playing the guessing game so I decided to post this asking for help. I see a needle mark on the frame and a needle mark on the cam, but when the two line up it appears to only happen when the knife is at bottom position. So is this where you set those cams if so what are the switch positions supposed to be when those needle marks are lined up? That and the cam obviously has an adjustable range which we've played with as well. I would just like to know the proper procedure for setting this cam for the cut clamp position switches. Thanks for your time
