Polar 137 EMC-MON

I have a Polar 137 EMC-MON that displays "secondary Operation" and does not engage the blade, no other error messages.
Tried turning it off for 30 minutes to get it to reset, didn't work.
Any thoughts on how to get back up and running?

Hi sir;

Can you explain how, does not engege the blade? you mean, when you push the cut button the knife is NOT coming down ????

For to Reset, the machine , go to the electronic board CpU, has small Button Black S1, printed , do it, and see what happen.

By other side, you must test every Regulated Power supply of the machine in tolerance, +5vDC, +12 +24vDC, and send me Pic, please.

Yes sir, when you engage the cut button the blade does not engage, on the screen bottom right side it says "Secondary Operation"

I'll give it a go with your idea and see what happens

ok, please do the Reset first.

2) test the power supply.

Secondey option means no refrence scan(in this option only thing machine will not show the paper measurement(sizze) and machine will not run in auto mode.
You have to run the machine in manual mode then all function will work except backgauge.
Bakcguge should have to move manually by pressing button Or handwheel
