Hi, does anybody have a graph showing the sequence of inputs to SAP board from MHS 95 . Our machine stops at BDC and shows knife position error. Removed drive belts to wind by hand and all inputs change at some stage of full rotation. Need to know sequence

I tried once to repair one MHS long time ago with no success. There are quite sensitive. Just buy one brand new MHS.
Do you face this problem in every cutting cycle or it is periodic?

Every cut. MHS board is quite expensive.although from your information v77 and v78 on sk95 do change state at BDC
