Hi All,
We have recently installed a Polar 137 ED AUTOTRIM with a Transomat loader and off loader.

Unfortunately, we are experiencing 2 errors viz.

1. Clamp not being activated by foot pedal. When the pedal is depressed, we can hear the motor that operates the clamp running but no action. However, when pressing the buttons to cut, the clamp does operate.

2. Side Gauge Retracted (Error 137)
The side gauge on the Transomat Loader side is in the DOWN position and cannot be raised. We are not sure if the 2 pistons that operate the side gauge are receiving 24V power supply. We have found 2 wires disconnected at the back of the electrical boards and also a green plug marked +25V with no wires attached to it. There is also a green plug marked +24V with no wires attached to it - both plugs are on the same board. Both plugs have space for 3 wires. There is also another single disconnected wire. We are also uncertain of what the switch positions should be on the SHM95 Board.

Any advice on the above issues would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

Kind Regards

Shawn
