Hello I have a Polar 137ED machine# 6741207. My problem is when I press the cut buttons nothing happens, I do not get an error code. Looking at the input/output screen the NO does not light up on the screen when the right side button is pushed. I unplugged cut button and ohmed contacts and both NO and NC are working properly at the button. As I push each side of the buttons and look down at the circuit boards I can see when left button is pushed one of the lights goes off and another goes on, however when I press the right button a light goes off on the board but no other light comes on. I do not have wiring diagrams for this machine and I am wondering if anyone has any advice as what to check next. This problem started intermittently, and after restarting would not happen for days, but now it will not do anything

Found the problem, I have a short in the wire between the connection to the button and the circuit board.

    Hi sir;
    Please do this test:
    1) in the board Cutting circuit SK 95 see it:
    Yellow Led: Cut Buttons : B28A N.C V73 -ON + B28B N.C v74-ON
    Red Led ; " " N.O V75-OFF + " N.O V76-OFF
RED LED ; V86 Normally -OFF . When cut buttons actuated correctly(o.5seg) will be ON !!

    2) If something is NOT o.k in the Section # 1
    Go to Power Module:
    a) X1 power module reset mini circuit. breaker FI+F2
    b) X2 " " test fuses: f3+f4+f5+f6
    c) X3 " " test fuses:f7+f8+f9+f10

    d) Go to the board KAP; Power supply
LED V8= +24vdc Fuse F7(test if the Led are NOT on)
    LED V9= +45VDC " f10 " " "
    LED V10=+24VDC " F3 "" " "
    LED V11= +8VDC " F3 " " "
    LED V12=+25VDC F4 " " "
    30VCA , test Fuse: F5
    230VCA, test fuse :F8
