POLAR 115X – “Memory Bank Fault: Delete” before battery replacement, machine still not working after

Hello,
Our POLAR 115X had a dead backup battery and was showing “Memory Bank Fault: Delete.” We replaced the battery, and the error now seems to be gone, but the machine still does not operate.

Has anyone seen this before? What should we check next?

Good afternoon. You need to do what the machine is requesting—namely, deletion. You must delete all programs (1–99) from drives A and B. The operating manual contains a section titled "Deleting Programs."
