Hello..I am facing a problem with polar 115X the fault memory bank fault 240 appears when trying to save the program, after testing the battery 3.6v on the board I found it 0v, I have replaced it with new one but the problem still exist.kindly advise

It's a common issue after battery drainage. Try to delete the memory bank A and B. Then you are able to save jobs again.

You have to enter to service mode and delet memory A and memoryB
