Polar 115x Clamping time interrupted 118

Someone help me about this polar error "Clamping time interrupted (118)" if I long press the cut button, I get a error of * Clamp not lowered (134) thank you for help.

Hello Mr Bermen, check the V-belt of the hydraulic pump.
If it is defective, it delays the pressure time suddenly the machine stops the pressure process

Compared to error 134 I think it is a consequence of the first error.

Check the V-belt of the hydraulic pump
Slippage makes this type of problem

When 1st powered on does the clamp move down and return when only using the foot pedal?

Also Check for excess preclamping time adjusted in the menu if set to high, it could be as simple as your not waiting long enough.

Few other things but check these out

There's a pictographs display when the error came up, i look in the manual its tell of "Undercut"

Parameter one and two are to do with clamp and knife delay timing , set both around about two / three.
what are they set at the moment?

Setting 1 is fine it’s the shortest delay time

Does the clamp move with the foot pedal?

early post did you removed the flywheel cover and checked the smaller belt tightness and condition ?

Yes sir, the smaller belt was tightness and in good condition.
