i'll be waiting for your reply

Hi oabrahim. The machine running in normal, then machine just stop and appear this error. Turn off the machine, next day machine is back to normal, but it will happen again maybe after 2 hours uncertainly. We checked the battery on CP board, is normal 3.6v.

Discarding the SAP and CP cards, the origin is derived towards the encoder and its connections with the CU card. Sometimes when the power fails during the movement of the backgauge, when the machine is turned on again, the reference point has been lost. Check the power supply among other factors.

I have tried change the CP, SAP and even Encoder. Still is the same problem. I am wonder the problem cause by hot temperature? Because my place is quite hot in weather and the error problem always happened in afternoon. Morning the machine is working fine. The ventilation fan is working fine.
