Polar 115EMC want to zero the back gauge only a "+" shows on display

Good day members. Hope someone could assist. On the polar 115emc when start up the zero comes on the display "normal". When I want to zero the back gauge and push the button only a "+" shows on the display and nothing happens. Some advise please. THX

 

Sounds like motor fault check back gauge motor overload and lead screw for being tight

 

Hi Andy. Thanks for the reply. Motor is fine, brake is fine and screw is not tight. Contactors k11 and k15 coming in on startup. When you press the zero button k15 fall out. The solid state relays does not switch on. I don't have electronic diagram of card ML. Any other suggestions.

 

Will look at drawings when I am back in works on Friday morning

Hi Andy. Forward switch s10 was stuck inside. Machine is switching on an going to zero. With cutting the clamp goes down but it does not cut. When try to you cut 3 times in a row error 85 comes up. Safety barrier seems to be ok. Safety bolt in position ans cam switches ok an in pisition. Any ideas. Thx
