Polar 115EL clamp problem

Hi everybody,

My Polar 115EL's press clamp fails to reach the bottom and stops mid way after working properly for 2 or 3 hours everyday. It doesn't go down with the knife as well. We tried to remove air from the oil pipes and finally changed a new pump but still no change. We have checked the haydraulic oil level and it's ok. Please help.

I also appreciate if someone could send me the exact haydraulic oil no recommended for this machine as the machine came without manuals.

Attached is there the schematic for fix it your problem in Polar 115 EL.
You must adjust the Cam lever plastic and Limit switch b22a +b22b+
Adjustment is based in Proof and error approx.
Test the limit switch if there are Faulty: bad contacts, loose wires, or defective plunger.
