118 CLAMPING TIME INTERRUPTED
Indicates that a clamping process already started has been interrupted. This is no error indication but a status message = ok
132 CUT CIRCUIT INTERRUPTED
Cause: Regarding the cutting function, this error signal indicates a dynamic (one-time, sporadic) "disagreement" of software control and safety control channel of board SK95. This malfunction can be caused by a defective SK95 board. It is quite "normal" if this malfunction occurs sporadically. =
In my case it is not sporadically is permanent since the machine is turned on. Any cut can be possible.
Remedy:
- Press cut buttons for a longer time. = mesage appears
- Check SK 95, sensors and cabling of cutting cycle = sensors and cabling checked = ok
- Check knife upstroke control
- Check light barrier = OK
- Use auxiliary screens "Input/output control and knife gearbox control" to locate the malfunction =
- Check board SAP and replace it, if necessary = in SAP appears all green leds on. In addition the voltages were measured. In this case I found that where may be 8 VDC the reading give 11,5 vdc. can be this the trouble? what do you think about it?
- Check inline relay to the control panel for stacklift (short circuit) = no stacklift
- Check safety bolt; axial play, shatter of switches, switching cam = OK
-KAP (24 V defective) = 24 vdc is OK
The things not checked yet are:
SK95, SAP and knive upstroke control MHS.
