Good afternoon, I am having problems with the "second" pressure of my emc 92 polar guillotine

I bought it recently and I don't have the manuals, we changed the hydraulic oil since the one it had was the original one.

The hydraulic oil that we put is 68 shell, I don't know if it is the correct one. Looking at this question I see that it is 46 and not 68 as we put

The oil heats up and the pressure stops working when I cut. Everything moves me, it does not put pressure. Could it be because I put a hydraulic that does not correspond?

1) The viscosity must be the same, otherwise, what you say will happen when it gets hot.

2) However, if you bleed correctly the guillotine should work.

sir i have problem with my machine when you press foot press and release it quickly the presser stuck but when you release foot press slowly , the presser release with no problem , what can cause this issues ? here i upload example of problem on youtube .

3 possibilities:

1) adjust cam plastic in the pedal. or replace the plastic cam( defective)
2) please LUBE the guide of return of the machine.
3) bad Bleeding , please repeat carefully, and try it again.

Thank you sir , after checked, plastic for foot pedal seem have crack , temporarily adjust to the right position, will order new one . Now machine running ok .
