Polar 115 emc monitor

I have a problem from polar cutter 115 emc we encountered " cut circuit interrupted" and " clamping time interuppted" , i already check the proximity sensor, the electronic board sk is good. But when we bypass the sensor no.1 at the back of gear box the knife is complete this cycle the cut interrupted not indicated but the clamping is not going up..what is the possible cause of error

In order to test his paper cutter do this following test:

1) Test the Regulated Power Supply : 1) +5vdc 2) +24Vdc 3) +12Vdc 4)42Vdc , Must be in tolerance from 07% up or down, this will be very important, since they are for ( Control System).

2) Test the following LEDs:
V86 red cut buttons pressed correctly = OFF
V83 red safety bolt Y. SB ( 42V from K1 )= OFF
V71 yellow safety bolt in resting position B.SB E ON
V72 yellow safety bolt unlocked B.SB A OFF

3) If his Polar has MHY look for his schematic wiring diagrams electrical , you must see if the proximity switch, are controlled by +24Vdc , +5Vdc for Relais control K1+K2.
The small Relays k4+k3 control the valves Y332+y27a WITH +42vDC.

Am recommending you to follow the steps in his operator manual from his Polar paper cutter

Thanks for your response , but I don't know anything about steps of operator manual

 

Operator manuals has index, for differents topics, please review the appropiate topic.

Any operator manuals, has elaborated, in order to operate easy the machine, please do it, read it with Relax, and follow the instructions about the topic(s)

 

the machines are already working in the manual function, I want to change to automatic mode and for that I need (auxiliary action)
look at picter .

 

Press button to make back gauge go backward. Machine should then calibrate itself
