My Polar 115 EM is off a full 1/16. I don't have a manual and would rather not place a service call if not needed. Can anyone help talk me through the procedure for calibrating the back gauge where it cuts correct to size. Maybe someone can hook me up with a manual and I can figure it out. Thanks any help would be awesome!!

    Hi,
It's easy to adjust, I'll teach you. But first of all you have to check why the measurement got wrong. Under the table you have a long aluminum bar. We call it LMS, linear measurement system. Make sure the bolts in both sides are tight. And also make sure there is no tilt in the backgauge itself. If there is a tilt, you have to adjust it before adjusting the measurement.

Are you getting the 1/16" off in certain measurements or through out entire length of the table?
