    Our cutter recently started having some back gauge problems. First it would run past the return mark by 3/4 in. then move forward slowly till approximately the last 1/8 inch then go to high speed.

    later in day it would begin going 1 1/4 in before slowly moving forward to again at 1/8 inch move to high speed.
    Yesterday it would suddenly skip a cut.

    also started missing its mark especially under 5 inches. Any thoughts as to where the problem might be that would cause these different problems.

    Hi sir;
    Please test this in the board Central Procesor CP:
    1. A reset key with integrated LED V1 „LED -
    ON = computer active“ , please Reset this Switch
    2. LED V4 which indicates recognition of a
    reference point for backgauge= observe if the Led V4 is ON, when the backgauge travel reference point.
    3) Please clean and tight the cable running unders the backgauge.
