Polar 115 E cannot load - white screen

Dear all members,

i facing a problem with polar 115 E (CP5) white screen where when power on the computer suppose to load the POLAR logo and its interface....etc. but now it just white.
I try to push the reset button on CP5 card unfortunately not working (not reset),
also plug it in without the battery- by the way battery measure at 3.6v
i suspect maybe the root file is gone...
please advice thank you.
