Polar 115 backguage hits clamp

We are having a sporadic issue where the backguage collides with the clamp. This occurs after making a cut and moving to its next cut particularly when making smaller cuts. The backguage does not lose its position after this occurs.
 
Hi if you cutter Polar is El , you must test the limit switch b29 rear from Clamp, and replace too the Plastic Cam.

Or maybe only clean, and adjust it.

Let me know, however which model is your Polar cutter

    ok, attached is there the limit switches and sensor, please test, clean it, tight wires, and see defectives limit s. and repair or replaces.
    Look if the+24Vdc is there, with tolerance with 0.5% up or down.
