Since the press was moved I always start with connections, POD to PLC, etc. On this press there is also a AC adapter that powers the RSCV in the main cabinet that is sometimes overlooked (Electrical Sequence Diagrams page 31D). If it's not along those lines, then you may have lost the screen data. Was there an error code? Does it have a SRAM memory card? You might need to contact Komori and have them reload the data.

Thanks for your reply there was no error code will check the
Connections and other stuff you have mentioned
When you say connections are you asking to
Physically check it or some other way to do that.
Can you tell me some thing . Is the programme stored
In the PLC or is it in the POD screen. Is there
A way to call the programme from the PLC
    Thanks

would you ask on the forum if you han a heart attack ?

The best you can do is make a call to the local KOMORI office and ask them to have a look.
    Shortcuts normaly cost more....

There is a program in the POD and there is a program in the PLC. Yes, I mean to physically check the connectors and wiring, especially from the PLC to the POD. When moving a press the usual electrical problems are loose and/or not plugged in connectors and battery failure. The PLC/POD battery may have failed and lost the program and/or data needed for proper function. If it is not a simple connection/damaged wiring problem, then call your local Komori office.

    Dear Packoprint,
How much the machine cost you with installation in India ? I'm also looking for a 2-color komori. Any advice will be appreciated.
